Do you setup intercluster trunks between CME and CCM for site to site toll bypass? Or does CME require a different strategy?
I am familiar with CCM to CCM connections but not with CME. Can someone offer some guide/doc/insight?

12.3.7T due out first week of March will provide this functionality. The docs will also provide you configuration details on how to set this up.
