Couple of Questions

Good Morning All!

I was hoping someone on the boards will be able to help me out with a couple of questions.

1st Question - Do we need to contact Cisco TAC to obtain the 5.4 software ISO? I see that 5.4.1 is publically available and my CCO can download but i dont see 5.4

2nd Question - Do we need to install the SNMP notification license for automatic remote delivery for SYSLOG data as well? Or is that just for SNMP polling and Traps?

1.) Here is the procedure to get the DMS 5.4 files:

2.) When I check the description of the SNMP license it says the folllowing:

Activates support for SNMP interaction with network monitoring applications. Also activates support for event notifications and alerts.

So it seems to me that it would be indeed required.
