custom ring tones

In Call Manager 4.1(3) can I install custom wave files and then use them as ring tones on Cisco 7960 phones. If yes where can I find a detailed document on how to do so? I am finding alot of procedures on Cisco's site for installing custom ring tones on wireless cisco phones but not on the 7940/7960 phones
