Dear all,
We have a CTI Route Point application that make IVR to incoming calls, response to their DTMF, and redirect them to different numbers.
The application works but we get CCNException errorCode = -1932787708 in betweeen. We searched the exception but didn't get enough information about it. Could anybody advise us how to eliminate the exception?

Try the BUG - CSCsl00778
If the local version was used before auto update, it is 2.1(2.3) too old. We need a newer version for CCM 4.x.
Turn on auto update for jtapi.
