IPCC Express Call Conference Step?

Has anyone acheived a call conference with the CRA steps? I am writing a lab Personal Assistant and I am at the point of trying to conference in callers. Is there a way to accomplish this with 3.03(a)?

There are no steps that expose any Jtapi Call Control operations other than Redirect and Place Call. This type of feature should be requested as an enhancement. The alternative would be to engage a partner to create a custom Application.
