Unity: Upgrade OS from 2000 Server to 2003 Server

We are currently running Unity 7.0(2) running on Windows 2000 Server. We need to upgrade to 2003 server, we have all the media for it, and I'm trying to find documentation on how to upgrade from 2000 to 2003.

Can someone please provide the upgrade documentation.

It's for 5.x, but the same document applies to 7.x (as noted here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/7x/roadmap/7xcudg.html#wp1107481)
