How to integrate UCCX with HL7 (Health Level 7) system

Anyone can please help me in the following things.

1. how to integrate UCCX with HL7 health care system?
2. Is this possible to integrate UCCX with HL7 database ?
3. If possible what is the procedure ?

As i am aware that to integrated any external database we need following things.

JDBC Drivers

JDBC URl

Database instance credentails
