How to set restriction on bandwidth/usage of a secondry link conf on FE

Greetings......

I have a client`s link configured on my FE interface as secondry.

I want to know as to how do i set restriction on its usage/througput of say 128K or 256K on that link.

Also how do i make my MRTG acknowledge that interface for monitoring purpose .Or is it that the MRTG will acknowledge it itself once i rerun the daemon (.cfg file)

You should be able to define with an access-list your client's IP addresses and use CAR to rate limit them.

I don't believe that MRTG will be able to determine this information based off of a secondary address. Unless there is some MIB that defines rate limited statistics... but I doubt it.
