1.which debug command can show the ipx eigrp neighbour's hello and holddown timer?

2. except sh intface, which show command

can display the router current hello and holdown time?

Unfortunately there's no easy way to determine the timers, and for some peculiar reason no show command to display them.

Try:

1. configure "service timestamp debug ..."

2. debug eigrp packet hello

3. debug ipx eigrp neigh

The difference in timestamps will give you the hello timer.
