We will be getting a 3 M internet bandwidth connection. I installed a VWIC2 2MFT-T1/E1 WIC card on a router for being able to use the 3 M bandwidth.
1.What is the config to enable the two T1 ports to simulate 3 M bandwidth.
Thanks.

Does your ISP support MLPPP (multilink PPP) ?

I have been told by a network engineer that the ISP provider uses multilink. I have not heard back from the provider.

give this a go (of course your serial interface may be numbered different):
controller T1 0/2/0
framing esf
linecode b8zs
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24
!
controller T1 0/2/1
framing esf
linecode b8zs
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24
interface Multilink1
description ** MLPPP Interface for S0/2/0:0 and S0/2/1:0 **
ip address x.x.x.x m.m.m.m
ppp multilink
ppp multilink fragment disable
ppp multilink group 1
!
!
interface Serial0/2/0:0
description ** T1#1 **
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
ppp multilink
ppp multilink group 1
!
interface Serial0/2/1:0
description ** T1#2 **
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
ppp multilink
ppp multilink group 1
