IE3300 8U2X - Power Management Issue

Cisco Ethernet Switch - IE3300 (8U2X) with an Expansion Rack (IEM3300) with 16T / 16 ports

Power Supply: PWR-IE480W-PCAC-L= (Power Supply is providing 54V and Switch is receiving the same supply)

Under Power Management, Total Supported power is 125 Watts (This is the wattage I am hoping to increase)

Q1. I would like to if there is a way I can change the supported power to match that switch datasheet (which allows max of 480 W)

Q2. Why I am not able to see any ports from the expansion rack?
