Anyone know how I can get hold of a replacement CD media set for Unity 4.0(1)? I'm based near Manchester U.K.
Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy -
If you are an existing Cisco customer with a current SAU maintenance for Unity, you can get 2 of the 4.0(1) CDs (1 and 2) on Cisco's Unity Archives webpage - http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-archives
You will need a valid CCO account to access this link. If you need more that, contacting TAC would be your best best.

to get hold of a replacement Unity CD media set (leagally from cisco) you must perform the following: (must have cco account and software maintenance)
1) open a TAC case requesting software version, type, etc.... (tac may call and tell you they do not supply software. this is OK and you can tell them the ProductUpgradeTool requires the TAC case number in the order)
2) use the ProductUpgradeTool to order the software.
see this link for the P.U.T.:
http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp
the P.U.T. will require that you assign the TAC case number in a specific field. it will tell you where to include the case number on the main PUT page.
