Hey Everyone,
Just wondering if there was a way in Unity Connections to search for an extension that appears as an alternate notification device for another user (MWI to be specific)?
Just to expand on that, we have a user who does not have mail box tied to her extension but her MWI still comes on (and sometimes turns off) after a device notification re-sync. It looks like her extension has been put under another mail box as an alternate notification device but, for the life of me, I can't seem to find a way to find it (we have over 6,000 unity users).
Cheers,

Hi Keegan,
One way to find Alternate MWI devices is via this excellent tool from
the awesome Unity Tools
Cisco User Data Dump
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/UserDataDump/UserDataDump.html
Here is an example output using CUDD where I looked for Alternate MWI's;
ALIAS,ALT-MWI_1,ALT-MWI_2,ALT-MWI_3,ALT-MWI_4,ALT-MWI_5,ALT-MWI_6,ALT-MWI_7,ALT-MWI_8,ALT-MWI_9,DISPLAY_NAME,PRIMARY_EXTENSION,SET_FOR_FIRST_TIME_ENROLLMENT
rhuffman,8727,,,,,,,,,Rob Huffman,7001,0
In this example I see that 8727 is an Alternate MWI under 7001.
Cheers!
Rob

Hey Keegan,
You are most welcome
What would we do without these great tools?
