Subrscirber install failed

I have installed CCM4.1(3) on my Pub and when I install my Sub, I get an error on name resolution, I have added the names and IP addresses on lmhosts and also tried hosts.I have attached a screenshot of the error.Appreciate any help.Thanks,Venkat
