cannot telnet onto my NAM blade

when i try to telnet to my NAM Blade i get the following error:

login: root

Password:

Terminal type: ansi

'ansi': unknown terminal type.

can anybody help?

Re-insert the NAM blade & try telnet to NAM Blade. Telneting to the blade takes 10 seconds before we get the prompt.

Configure Domain name server on blade (ip name-server) or resolve DNS server service.

just to say that after a re-seat of the NAM blade all was well again.
