Help setting up VPN on Cisco 1811

I obtained an 1811 router for home use. I set up 2 VPN's on it (VLAN 2 as a DMZ for my servers and VLAN 1 for everything else). I'd like to no add a IPSEC VPN server so that I can connect my Mac laptop and iphone remotely. I'd like to do it via command line since the GUI isn't reliable for me. I'm attaching my running config. Can someone help me add the necessary bits to get it to work? There is going to be a lot for me to add aaa, crypto and such. So pointers to documentation would be most helpful as well.
