Is it possible to configue controller in order to avoid interference from Acitve / Adhoc ?

Yes and no. 

The WLC will detect the rogue.  That's fine.  If TPC and DCA is enabled, then the WLC will also determine how strong the rogue AP's signals are and change the channel and/or transmit power accordingly.
