MSE not showing Clients on PI maps (PI 3.1, MSE(3365) 8.0.150 & WLC 8.2.166)

After upgrading WLC code MSE not showing clients on PI maps, we are not able to synchronize maps with MSE. NMSP connection status is actvie,  MSE main page active floor, active AP and active zone showing zero.

Any help would be graeatly appriciated

How about the MSE's status on Prime? Is it reachable?

MSE's status on Prime is reachable , services are up , controller status is in sync and NMSP status is active.

We upgraded PI from 3.1.4 to 3.1.7 and now we can synchronize maps and can track clients on PI maps
