In addtion to the above, Make sure from the Router RTS you have the RealTimeFeed Activated to Distributor UAW.

Hi Rupam,
icmdba snapshot looks good. can you go to the icm processes and open the updateaw(UAW) process. and if you know to collect the logs using dumplog command then collect and attached.
and one more thing uaw is ICM process it will not show in icmdba.
or share the registry folder ( Cisco System....) for all three servers Router , Logger and AWDB.
Thanks & Regards,

Check that All the ICM services should up and working ok. and also cross check and troubleshoot with IP Address and hostname configuration of Router, Logger & AWDB.

Hi Rupam,
Thanks for the details....
i think you are using win2k8.
i am checking the attached files. meanwhile can you please collect the dumplog for uaw process ,and also rtr, rpl, rtc....
use the below command to collect the dumplog.
1.) go to the instance directory ( example .. c:/icm/icm1/AW/logfiles/.................(process name u can find here as uaw_........txt)
2.) dumplog uaw /hr 1 > c:/temp/FILENAME.txt ( This command wiill collect the logs for 1 hour for the process uaw. )
you can collect the other logs with same command accordingly.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Rupam,
Can you please share the snapshot or brief in detail?
its basic that if your ICM services are not working properly, till that your configuration manager will not open. for that you have to cross verify your configuration as well. I suggest to cross check with cisco staging guid for the same.
and you can send the dumplog from Router, Logger and AW in .txt format ( already shared how to use dumplog utility pdf file )
Thanks & Regards,

Hi, are you connected to this server locally, or are you using a remote desktop session?

I had a look at the Logs which you have pasted. The UAW process is crashing with Minidump file
07:01:11:340 dis-uaw Trace: More than one row or no entry in Logger_Type table. Be sure Logger process runs successfully at least once.
07:01:11:340 dis-uaw Fail: Unable to copy Logger_Type table
Have you configured the Logger properly ? The Folder Structure you have sent i dont think so you have installed the Logger ?
12:55:30:720 ra-rtr The router has not loaded a configuration from the logger.
12:55:30:782 ra-rtr Router is loading its initial configuration from the logger.
12:55:30:782 ra-rtr Simplexed initialization complete.
12:55:30:782 ra-rtr Trace: MDS handle for rts is 38.
12:55:30:782 ra-rtr Trace: No MDS Handle for lgr.
Moreover I dont see any of the Logger Process reporting to Router MDS, Check whether you have configured Logger DB and it is started ?

Senthil
