IPCC Express 4.5(2) won't go to admin page

After initial install and server setup, the only page that will appear when attempting to open the Application Admin web page is the "Server Setup" page. I click on the Setup button to see what happens and it goes to a "Component Activation page that is otherwise blank.

Anyone run into this?

I had to turn off Anonymous access in IIS and add Windows auth to get this far...

Sorry, forgot to mention this is on VMware. I'll try the install on a physical MCS server and report back. -Chad

today installed the ipcc, after the installation i can not use the username i created to login. authorization failed message

Installing IPCC Express 4.5(2) with the Cisco provided OS disks works fine. So it either cannot be used with VM in a lab, or I just haven't figured out the necessary registry hacks or other settings (IIS?).

The hacks mentioned (for server type and product code) work for installing CCM 4.1(3), Unity 4.1 or IPCC Express 4.0x on VM, but they did not work for IPCC Express 4.5 for some reason.
