We used to have homegrown Desktop application for Agents.
Who used to interact with CTISVR process with geotel.jar or geotel.dll files.
So using a Procmon CTI we could see all the agents who are having a valid CTI connection.
Now we have migrated to CTIOS,in Procmon CTI we see only 2 sessions ie for both the CTIOS connection to CTISVR.
Wanted to checkout if there is a way or procedure to check all the agents connected to CTIOS
Thanks

Go to where CTIOS is installed, open up the Windows Performance counter and add a counter for object Cisco ICM CTI OS and the counter CTI OS Active Client Connections.

Thanks David
But apart from the total count of the connections,I wanted to find
1. How long has the session been Active
2. From which Host has the connection been initiated
Is there a way to find that also
