IP Telephony and Phones

I am having an install issue. I get the message "security configuration failed" I know 100% that the password it asks me for is correct but it keeps failing at the same place. has anyone come across this or has any ideas

I'm trying to upload logo and XML files in order to change the background on Cisco IP Communicator. In CM 5.0 you can upload file to TFTP folder but you can't choose a specific folder or directory to upload. Any help is kindly appreciated.
