RME Job Hung

Hi all,

I'm running LMS 2.6 with RME 4.0.6. I ran a device credential verification report the other day and it hung right at the end. I tried to stop the job and now it's just hung with status "stop initiated". I had configured it to send email updates and now I get an email every afternoon saying that the job has started even though it is just hung.

Is there any way that I can force this job to stop? I even rebooted the server and It wouldn't kill it.

Try the steps in this thread, and yes if all else fails, you'd have to open a TAC case to get the last-resort recipe from Cisco:
