Cannot browse internet after VPN to office network

Dear all,

Good day to everyone! I'm new to this VPN thingy and the following problem, hope someone out there able to help..

1) I managed to connect to my office through VPN

2) Able to connect skype using proxy (our office using proxy to access internet)

3) Enable proxy at browser but cannot access

4) When ipconfig /all, found out the gateway ip is the same as ip throw by VPN.

Anyone able to help? Thank you.

So the issue is you cannot browse the interface over the VPN connection to your internal Proxy Server, is this correct??

Yes, you're right....any solution?

Use "Split Tunneling" but if you MUST go thru your proxy server, I suggest your check your routing.

Just to update, don't know for what reason now I'm able to access the internet thru proxy after establish the VPN connection to my office.

I did not change any setting at all and suddenly able to access thru proxy but I just can't ping the proxy server ip, the rest server ip I'm able to ping...strange...
